Delivery
All our cakes/gift ideas are securely packaged and items will be posted within 2 working days. Delivery charge for gift ideas and nappy cakes is £5.99, with the exception of our bobble lollipops which are charged at £1.50. Delivery includes gift wrapping (see details below). Please allow 5 -7 days from ordering for delivery of your item.
We currently ship within the UK with the exception of Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands. For delivery charges in these areas please call or email us first with your specific requirements as charges for these are significantly higher.
Cakes/gift ideas can be collected in person from Bradford West Yorkshire, please contact us to discuss collection details. Also we can hand deliver to Bradford or Leeds hospitals if your cake is for the birth of a child.
Refunds and Returns
We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event you are not we offer a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) for any items provided they are returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Please note you are responsible for the return postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your returns as we can not offer a refund if the product is lost and there is no proof of postage.

Privacy Policy
Any personal information you provide to us will only be used by Hands That Make Wishes to complete your order or to contact you regarding any queries and future offers. We will not provide your details to any other third parties. We do not store any debit/credit card details and we don’t receive them, all orders are secured through Paypal who do not pass on the details to us. We do reserve the right to publish any feedback you provide to us but details which could personally identify you will not be published. Please inform us if you do not wish any feedback to be published and we will respect your wishes.
Availability and Design
All images shown on our site are for illustration purposes only, the contents of our nappy cakes and gift ideas may differ, depending on the availability of stock, we can not be held responsible for any dispute arising from this. But rest assured that any other products used will be of equal or better quality.
Gift Wrapping and Personal Messages
All our nappy cakes and gift ideas are cellophane wrapped and are finished with an ingredients tag. If you would like to add a personal message to your item please contact us to discuss you requirements.
Payments
We currently accept payments through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service and you can use various payment methods as described in checkout. Please see Paypals terms and conditions. Paypal securely deal with your card details and are not passed on to us. When your order has been processed you will receive an email from Paypal confirming all the details. This is your proof of purchase. Once this has been issued you can rest assured that your order will be processed and will be delivered as per our Terms and Conditions.
The payment will show up on your statement as "HandsnWishs" or "Handsthatmakewishes".
